Lifesize Assurance Warranty
The warranty packages (AMS – Assurance Maintenance Services) are mandatory for a minimum of 1 year on all new equipment and software purchases (doesn’t apply to Cloud Subscription). The service provides software updates via a self service portal and advanced replacement warranty in the event of hardware failure. Options at purchase of 1 – 5 years and again at renewal up until an end of support announcement mean the solutions can be maintained and covered for years after purchase against failure.
Tempura have enhanced the offering with additional Assurance Plus or Assurance Critical services to provide additional support in the event of any problems.
