Lifesize DSS & Warranty

The warranty package with DSS (Device Service Subscription) are mandatory for a minimum of 1 year on all new equipment and required to maintain system registration to Lifesize Cloud ongoing. The service provides software updates via a self service portal and advanced replacement warranty in the event of hardware failure. 

Lifesize DSS is a service providing Lifesize Icon systems Cloud Registration for making and receiving calls, meaning you can then connect the unit to either Lifesize Cloud, or utilise services from other providers offering Virtual Meeting Room services.

Tempura have enhanced the offering with additional Assurance Plus or Assurance Critical services to provide additional support in the event of any problems.
