The majority of the vendors we supply provide support direct to the reseller and or end user. Tempura can be used to assist with this process or as an escalation route to help resolve the issues. Tempura Assurance+ and Tempura Assurance Critical services need to be logged with us as they enhanced warranty options we operate on behalf of some of the manufacturers that don’t support enhanced support or advanced replacement warranties.

easyVC Cloud services are a Cloud Service videoconferencing operated by Tempura UK or one of its Partners such as Vidyo or Pexip. As such there is no physical product and the hosted services have differing SLAs in terms of up time and maintenance windows etc. |

Heckler Design products are mostly covered for 2 years against manufacturer defects. The exception are the POE Kits which are a 3rd party product that are covered for 1 year. The warranty is a return to based warranty that will be swapped out when received by Tempura. |

Lifesize products have a mandatory 1 year warranty at point of purchase and this renewable service if maintained gives access to Lifesize Support including Advanced Replacement service. Support tickets need to be submitted online at Lifesize.com |

Vidyo Support and Warranty for hardware has a 1 year Return To Base Warranty as standard with support handled by the reseller. This can be upgraded to support calls handed by Vidyo and upgraded to advanced replacement (GOLD) Warranty. Vidyo Team Connect Cloud service is handled by Vidyo support directly. Vidyo bespoke design and API support is based on a support contract directly with Vidyo. |
